Seaquest Ltd. is an importer and distributor of commercial office furniture based in the Albany Industrial Centre on Auckland’s North Shore.
The business was started early in 2002 for the prime purpose of supplying the market with good value for money imported products in a range of price brackets. Two of the directors of Seaquest are well experienced and well known in the industry. John Kerridge operates West Tec Commercial furniture, a successful desk, cabinet and table manufacturer and supplier to major dealers in New Zealand. Bruce Hales (Manager) has 13 years recent experience as the senior marketing and sales executive for Damba Furniture Ltd., one of New Zealand’s largest office seating manufacturers.
Product Ranges:
Seaquest has a stocking programme of low priced but well featured, office seating including operator, visitor and executive chairs. These products have been carefully selected from established exporters in South East Asia. In general the products are made to comply with international quality standards as these suppliers have customers in the Americas, Japan and Europe.
Stocked product is in kit set form in cartons ready for assembly. There is a limited range of popular fabric colours. Seaquest also provides an assembly and fabric upholstery service.
Higher price range products – primarily boardroom and executive suite furniture are stocked in small quantities. These, together with contract seating are available on indent with typically a 6 to 8 week lead time. The fabric choice can be specified to suit project specifications.
A variety of specialist products can be sourced for projects including banquet, conference and institution furniture.
